TACG possesses a cadre of experts with extensive experience in using the Air Force’s Service Development and Delivery Process (SDDP) as outlined in Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-402. TACG professionals have supported the process in its various states of maturity since 2010. We currently support major capability initiatives that seek to significantly transform the Air Force logistics and supply chain operations which have all followed the SDDP. These initiatives include Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), Advanced Supply Chain Analysis, Planning, and Execution (ESCAPE), Supply Management, Item Master (i.e., Master Data Management), to name just a few efforts.

TACG provides on-site IT support for the Logistics Mission Support Applications (LMSA) software and hardware currently fielded throughout Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) locations (CONUS and OCONUS). TACG performs IT systems administration, maintenance, and support for all LMSA software applications, networks, and associated hardware. This includes servers, workstations, eTools (laptops, tablets), and spare hard drives to maintain the operational capability for AFSOC. Our support is necessary for data and systems management, hardware and software sustainment, systems security, and Continuity of Operations (COOP) planning.

TACG practitioners support the development and case closure process of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases for the Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate.  This includes multiple countries and a variety of program management and logistic duties such as managing, developing, implementing acquisitions, logistics, and sustainment management operations.

Our consultants also offer practical solutions and experience for critical enterprise systems, including supplier relationship management, customer relationship management, and inventory management and tracking.
