TACG recently supported one of our U.S. Air Force customers on a program that crossed three functional domains or Communities of Interest (COIs), and required coordination with cross-domain engineering teams to verify and validate technical requirements across the Air Force Enterprise. The program was successfully deployed to three major bases and over 4000 users on schedule and within the budget, resulting in a fully electronic, paperless process between the Logistics and Contracting communities. TACG also provided production, training, and help desk support to implement logistics process improvements. This included direct support for the initial deployment and subsequent sustainment releases.
